The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It elevates professional standards, enhances performance and delivers skills needed to effectively represent sellers. The designation teaches real-world skills for successfully selling real estate and is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is for real estate professionals to sharpen their negotiation skills needed to effectively advocate for clients. Training includes identifying and handling personality types, sorting out competing objectives and finding WIN-WIN solutions. Participants are required to effectively negotiate, individually and in teams, multiple real-world scenarios.
PSA certification provides REALTORS® with knowledge and skills to select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments. It also trains agents to guide sellers and buyers through the details of comparative market analyses and the underlying pricing principles that create them. Furthermore, it equips agents with the skills to effectively
interact with appraisers.
Certification focusing on the critical aspects of international real estate transactions. The CIPS designation is for REALTORS® from the United States and abroad who wish to develop or grow their international real estate business. It provides the knowledge, research, network, and tools to globalize your business.
The SFR® certification teaches real estate professionals to work with distressed sellers and the finance, tax, and legal professionals who can help them, qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short sale package, negotiate with lenders, safeguard your client, limit risk, and protect buyers.
