From our family to yours, HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!
You know you LOVE your palm trees a little too much when you build the roof around it. You can’t make this stuff up. Only in FL!
We hope the holiday spirit finds you this Christmas! Merry Christmas.
You want to sell your house for top dollar, eh? Well, be sure NOT to follow this homeowners example! The ‘jungle’ look is NOT the new fashion. Pay $25 to mow the lawn. I’m almost certain I saw a panther living in that grass! Seriously, this was a house I showed a buyer. Needless to […]
Most people have welcome mats, welcome signs or nice plaques at the entry to show their guests some love. After all, it’s important to make your guests feel at home, at ease and welcomed, right? Well, I showed a home recently that had this Dirty Harry Welcome Message. When you’re selling your home, it’s best […]
We live in a world of electronic surveillance. It is ubiquitous. Everything from baby monitors and nanny cams to voice activated recorders and motion triggered camera systems. We are watched, tracked, listened to and spied upon everywhere we go. So what about houses you’re considering buying? It may come as a surprise that some homeowners […]

What better way to entertain than to have an outdoor kitchen, bar, grill and hot tub all under the screening? How about a […]
Some people have very unique tastes and styles! This seller had installed these solid wood doors (interior and exterior) with iron grate peep holes (fully functional). They reminded me of a Monty Python skit! When you step past the threshold the rest of the house had some truly spectacular tile work and decoration. […]
This is a home I showed recently in Wesley Chapel. The listing never mentioned missing drywall, lack of a bathroom or a disassembled kitchen. Oooppssss!!! I guess someone missed those minor details. The roof was also missing shingles and crumbling. Needless to say, I don’t think this house can be considered “move in condition”!
