Surprise!!! (They forgot to mention something…)
This is a home I showed recently in Wesley Chapel. The listing never mentioned missing drywall, lack of a bathroom or a disassembled kitchen. Oooppssss!!! I guess someone missed those minor details. The roof was also missing shingles and crumbling. Needless to say, I don’t think this house can be considered “move in condition”!
