This is a home I showed recently in Wesley Chapel. The listing never mentioned missing drywall, lack of a bathroom or a disassembled kitchen. Oooppssss!!! I guess someone missed those minor details. The roof was also missing shingles and crumbling. Needless to say, I don’t think this house can be considered “move in condition”!
I was showing a home recently that had clear evidence of water damage. When water meets a wood floor and sits, big problems arise. Seller says “The dog did it.” Suuuuuuuurrrrrrrrreeeeeeeee it did! I may have been born at night, but it wasn’t last night! Moral of the story: Trust your eyes!
Some people claim no one should have a house like this. I disagree, I believe everyone should have a house like this. I guess it’s all a matter of perspective. If you look close enough, that is NOT a cat in the driveway! What do you think it is????
